Visualizing Nature: Essays on Truth, Spirit and Philosophy

Living in Maine, nature infuses every day. Jan was intrigued by the idea of a collection of essays by diverse voices and experts of nature, from ecology and environmental sciences to oceanography and offshore sailing, animal and insect conservation, gardening and landscape design, literature and poetry. She enticed Maine poet laureate Stuart Kestenbaum to edit the collection, which he, a beautiful writer and provocative thinker, completed with aplomb. The result is a thoughtful collection to inspire, provoke, and heal. Featured in The Dirt (American Society of Landscape Architects), β€œThe book makes for a tranquil read despite its myriad serious topics.”
