The Healing Garden: Herbal Plants for Health and Wellness

Desiring to create a book about the healing power of gardens and herbal plants, Jan Hartman secured author Deb Soule, founder and owner of Avena Botanicals, to write on gathering, drying and preparing herbs. Looking for a photographer to work closely with Deb who offered a personal touch as well as imaginative images, she discovered in Molly Haley of Portland, Maine, the ideal collaborator. Jan oversaw creative development of the text and images, delivering a powerfully inspiring and informative work to the Press for production and sale.
