Handcrafted Maine: Art, Life, Harvest and Home

After decades in Washington, DC, Jan and her family moved to midcoast Maine. Here, inspired by the quality of life, Jan conceived, developed, and edited Handcrafted Maine to celebrate the handcrafted life found in rural Maine. Curating the featured artisans, she worked with author Katy Kelleher and photographer Greta Rybus and secured a patron’s financial backing, to deliver the inspiring package to the Press for production and distribution.
